Since it's first ever launch,Realme has been giving a tough competition to it's senior competitor,Xiaomi.
Yes,when Realme launched their first ever mobile phone Realme 1 after becoming a sub brand of Oppo,it surprised the audience by pricing it aggressively for the mass. The base variant was priced just for about INR9,999.It sported a powerful Mediatek Helio P60 processor whose raw computing is more powerful than that of the Snapdragon 660 Soc.It also came with a secured face unlock feature.
At that time it was a surprise from Realme as no company offered such great specs for an affordable price. The only con with that handset is the lack of a fingerprint scanner, which is more secure than a normal face unlock(the 3D face unlock from iPhone X was at different level either). But considering the price point,it was really good.
After that ,with much more expectations than before from people,Realme had launched the Realme 2, which was a mediocre device at it's best.It came with a Snapdragon 450Soc powered by a massive 4230 mAh battery. It also sported a big 6.2 inch notched display along with a dual rear camera setup. This time, they had included a rear fingerprint scanner on it.Even though it was an average mobile, people bought it as it had a very good value for money. It too saw a good sales figure. Then there was a surprise which came out of no where. They launched a powerful device called Realme 2 pro with the Snapdragon 660 Soc at a shocking price, that too with a dewdrop notched display.
Next ,they launched another low priced handset, the Realme C1 which had an average sale.Once again,Realme surprised the audience by launching the Helio P70 powered Realme U1 with a whopping 25mp camera sensor on the front. It was priced for about 15k INR for 4gb/64gb variant. It also had very good amount of sale.
In 2019,with much more anticipation,Realme had launched Realme 3 with Helio P70 but with screen resolution of 720p and with micro USB 2.0, which became a disappointment among the people. But it had a convincing dewdrop notch and a massive battery. It was priced at INR8,999 for the base 3/32gb variant and it was the only handset under 10k to sport a Helio P70 Soc.

But once again, they surprised the crowd present in the launch event by teasing the launch of Realme 3 pro with a slogan,"Speed awakens".So Realme may again surprise us with a powerful launch.
The Realme 3 pro is touted to be arriving with a much more powerful Snapdragon 712 Soc,and also with VOOC flash charge with a triple camera setup(or a 48+5mp setup like Redmi note 7 pro)and a massive battery as usual. It should be the perfect competitor for the Redmi note 7 pro, which is popular among the mass right now.
Also as per the inside news ,now Realme 3 got certified by the BIS certification in India and NBTC certification by Thailand with a model number RMX1851, for a particular variant. So we can expect it's launch anywhere in the month of April with an aggressive price tag.!
